Email suporte@lagcheck.app and include what happened, the network you used and the app version. Do not send passwords, access codes or financial data.

Before contacting support

LagCheck requires an iPhone with iOS 17 or later. An inconclusive measurement means there were not enough valid UDP responses; it receives no score or gameplay recommendation. Changing network, sending the app to the background or cancelling discards the partial result.

Other devices and privacy

On consoles and PCs, any reading is an estimate because their route can differ from the route measured by the iPhone. Read the LagCheck Privacy Policy for measurement and history details, or write to privacidade@lagcheck.app.
