What the app measures

LagCheck measures the route between the iPhone and reference infrastructure to describe the connection at that moment. It does not prove the ping of a specific game and does not promise future performance.

Data on your device

Results and measurement history stay on your iPhone. The app does not require an account. You can delete records in the app when that option is available.

Measurement traffic

The iPhone exchanges network traffic with reference infrastructure and services required for the test. As with any server connection, your network IP address is technically necessary for a response to return. LagCheck does not use this traffic to create a user account.

Support and privacy contact

When you email us, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to answer your request. Do not send passwords, access codes or financial data. Contact privacidade@lagcheck.app for privacy matters and suporte@lagcheck.app for app help.
